I'll be playing the Chaplin's Schuylkill Freedoms Festival again this year from 3:00-3:30! Come check out this awesome event and a ton of great music :)
freedoms foundation at valley forge - 1601 valley forge rd, valley forge, PA 19482
It's here! My episode with Lab Two Twelve's "The Poorly Edited Podcast" is now available! Watch me and the lab two twelve team have so much fun talking about Getting Grace & my little journey :) Enjoy!
i will be performing at Philadelphia’s Christmas Village in Love Park. Christmas Village in Philadelphia is an outside Holiday market event in Center City Philadelphia, which is modeled after the traditional Christmas Markets in Germany. It will feature over 80 vendors selling authentic European food, ornaments and arts & crafts from all over the world!
I cannot thank the insanely talented crew who worked on this video enough. This video was put together in JUST ONE WEEK. Directed by the one of the most hardworking and talented people I’ve ever met, Will Martinko, we got to bring this song to life and tell a story: you can stand up for yourself. you have power. you are so valued.

And that face in the video with me should look familiar...😉 that’s the incredible Chris Cachuela who produced, mixed, and mastered the track Chaplin's!

I hope you can all connect with this song in some way ❤️
Alyssa Garcia is a Philadelphia based, award-winning singer-songwriter and pianist with an alternative pop sound. Living by the mantra “Music is the cure”, she strives to use her original music as an outlet of positivity. With inspirations such as Regina Spektor and Sara Bareilles, Garcia pens soulful tunes telling personal stories her audience can often relate to.
Garcia has released several EPs and one full length album entitled, “three little words”. Currently, two tracks on her album (“Loved Actually” and “Better Life”) are featured in the film “Getting Grace” directed by Daniel Roebuck. "Loved Actually" is also featured in several episodes of the soap opera, The Young And The Restless and the Netflix original movie, The Starling. Additionally, Garcia won the Philadelphia Songwriters Project's Annual contest in 2015 with her song "Better Life". Her song "Sincerely, Me", also featured on her newest album, won the 2018 "93.7FM Hometown Heroes: Homey Award" for best Pop song.
Garcia continues to perform at various venues and has opened for notable artists such as GRAMMY Nominee Crash Test Dummies, American Idol Finalist Bucky Covington, and the eighth season winner of "the Voice", Sawyer Fredericks.
Alyssa has also opened for nationally recognized Philadelphia artists Jim Boggia and Ben Arnold. As well, Garcia has opened for Youtube/Spotify recognized Nashville artists Rusty Clanton and Riley Moore.
